Applications › Warehouse › List
Overview
Use the Transfer Order list to monitor warehouse transfers by sheet number, destination warehouse, responsible person, order date, quantity, unit, and transfer status. Warehouse and inventory users use this view to identify transfers that are awaiting issue and to verify transfers that have been completed. You can search, filter, adjust the list layout, and export the displayed results for operational follow-up.
Workflow
-
Open Warehouse, then select transfer-order to display the Transfer Order list.
-
Find the transfer order that requires attention.
- Enter a sheet number, warehouse, responsible person, or other known value in Search.
- Select Apply filter to refresh the list using the selected criteria.
- Review the available columns, including Sheet no., To warehouse, P.M Responsible, Order date, Qty, Unit, and Transfer status.
Tip: Search by the sheet number when it is available. It is the most direct way to locate a specific transfer order.
-
Decide the required follow-up based on the transfer status.
- For a record marked Awaiting issueing, treat the transfer as pending warehouse issue activity and use the record as a follow-up item.
- For a record marked Transferred, use the record as confirmation that the transfer has been completed.
- Review the destination warehouse, responsible person, quantity, and unit before acting on the transfer outside the list.
Note: The Transfer Order list is useful for separating pending transfer activity from completed transfers without mixing the two statuses.
-
Adjust the list view when you need different operational information.
- Select Columns Chooser to choose the columns displayed in the list.
- To save a reusable arrangement, select Add Layout, enter a Layout name, and select Save.
- To modify the layout currently in use, select Update Current.
- To return to the default arrangement, select Standard Layout.
- If a saved layout is no longer needed, select Delete Current or Delete, as appropriate.
Warning: Use Delete Current and Delete carefully. These actions remove a saved layout rather than a transfer status.
-
Export the displayed transfer orders when you need to share or analyse the current list outside the system.
- Apply the required search and filters first.
- Select Export to export the displayed list.
Examples
A warehouse manager needs to review transfer activity for the Test warehouse dated 18 February 2025.
- Open Warehouse and select transfer-order.
- Enter
Testin Search and select Apply filter. - Review the matching transfer orders:
- One transfer order has a quantity of 1.00 Pieces and a status of Awaiting issueing. The manager treats this as a pending transfer requiring follow-up.
- Another transfer order for the same warehouse and quantity is marked Transferred. The manager treats it as completed.
- Select Columns Chooser if the manager needs to focus on Sheet no., To warehouse, P.M Responsible, Qty, Unit, and Transfer status.
- Select Export to create a report of the filtered transfer orders for the warehouse team.
Tips
Tip: Filter the list before exporting so that the exported data contains only the transfer orders relevant to the current review.
Note: Use a saved layout to keep the same columns available for recurring transfer-order reviews.
Warning: Review both Qty and Unit together. A quantity value is meaningful only with its listed unit.
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| The required transfer order is not visible. | The list contains many transfer orders or the current filter is too restrictive. | Use Search with the sheet number, warehouse, responsible person, or date-related value, then select Apply filter. |
| Important transfer information is missing from the list. | The current layout does not display the required columns. | Select Columns Chooser and add the required columns. Save the arrangement with Add Layout if you will use it again. |
| The exported file contains unrelated transfer orders. | The list was exported before applying the required search or filter. | Apply the relevant criteria, select Apply filter, confirm the displayed results, and then select Export. |
| A saved list arrangement is no longer suitable. | The current layout has been changed or does not show the required columns. | Select Standard Layout to return to the default arrangement, or update the saved arrangement using Update Current. |
