Configuration record (with data)

Overview

Use the Features form to review plan-related configuration information, including the plan name, plan price, and branch count. Use this form when you need to retain changes to an existing configuration record or add a supporting file. This page is relevant to users who maintain commercial and operational plan information.

Workflow

  1. Review the current configuration record before making a decision. Check the displayed plan name, plan price, and branch count to confirm that you are working with the intended plan.

  2. Decide whether the record requires an update.

    • If no change is required, leave the record unchanged.
    • If you update information in the form, select Save to retain the changes.

    Note: Select Save after completing all required changes so that the configuration record retains the updated information.

  3. Decide whether the record needs supporting documentation.

    • To add a file, select Attach.
    • Alternatively, add a file using the or Drop a file here upload area.
    • After adding the file, select Save to retain the attachment with the record.
  4. Use Ok when it is available to acknowledge and close the current confirmation or message.

Examples

A sales manager reviews a plan configuration record for the “Regional Growth” plan. The record shows a plan price of 1,250 and a branch count of 4.

  1. The sales manager reviews the plan name, plan price, and branch count on the Features form.
  2. The manager adds the plan approval document by selecting Attach and choosing the relevant file.
  3. The manager selects Save to retain the attached document and any updates made to the record.
  4. If a confirmation message appears, the manager selects Ok to complete the action.

Tips

Tip: Review the plan name before saving changes to reduce the risk of updating the wrong configuration record.

Tip: Use Attach or the or Drop a file here area to keep supporting plan documentation with the relevant configuration record.

Troubleshooting

  • Changes are not retained → The record may not have been saved after editing → Select Save after completing the changes.
  • A supporting document is missing from the record → The file may not have been attached or saved → Select Attach, add the file, and then select Save.
  • A confirmation message remains open → The action requires acknowledgement → Select Ok.
