Overview
Use the Reference List to review reference records maintained in the Data area. The list presents identifying and descriptive information for each record, including serial number, category, job number, model, year of manufacturing, and delivery date.
Sales representatives, purchasing officers, warehouse managers, project managers, and finance officers can use this page when they need to review reference information associated with operational records.
Before you start
You need access to the Data area and the Reference list page.
Steps

On the main navigation bar, select Data.

Select Reference list.

Review the reference records displayed in the list. Use the available columns to identify the required record:
- **Serial No.
- Category
- Job No.
- Model
- Year of manufacturing
- Delivery date**

If you need to enter a search term, select Search box.
Note: Reference records can include equipment-related identifiers, such as a serial number, category, model, manufacturing year, and delivery date.
Tips & cautions
Tip: Use the Serial No. and Job No. columns together when you need to distinguish records with similar categories or models.
Note: Review the Delivery date column when delivery timing is relevant to the reference record you are checking.
Result
You have opened the Reference List and reviewed the reference information available for operational records.
