2-Factor authentication — Configurations › 2 Factor Authentication

Overview

2 Factor Authentication is a configuration area for maintaining two-factor authentication-related user entries within the company configuration. Administrators use this page when they need to review or maintain the available two-factor authentication configuration for individual users. Use the user filter to locate the relevant entry before saving configuration changes.

Steps

  1. In the navigation pane, select Configurations > 2 Factor Authentication.

  2. Select Filter by user to narrow the displayed two-factor authentication entries to the relevant user.

  3. Review the available configuration for the selected user, make the required changes where available, and select Save.

Tips & cautions

Tip: Use Filter by user before reviewing entries when the page contains configurations for multiple users.

Note: Select Save after completing the required configuration changes.

Troubleshooting

  • The required user entry is difficult to locate → Multiple user entries are displayed → Select Filter by user and narrow the view to the relevant user.
  • Configuration work is complete but has not been saved → Save has not been selected → Select Save before leaving the page.

Result

You have opened the 2 Factor Authentication configuration page and saved the available configuration changes.
