Overview
Dynamic Validation is configured from the Customize Mandatory Fields screen. Use it when you need to review and save the available Dynamic Validation settings, including the selected option and any attached files.
Sales, PM, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Finance users can use this page when their role includes maintaining validation-related configuration.
Settings
Open Configurations, then select Dynamic Validation to display Customize Mandatory Fields.
Use the available controls as follows:

| Please Select... | Choose an available option before saving the configuration. |
| files[] | Review the files associated with the configuration. |
| Select | Confirm the currently selected option. |
| Attach | Add a file to the configuration. |
| Ok | Confirm the current dialog or selection. |
| Save | Save changes and remain on the screen. |
| Save and Close | Save changes and close the screen. |
Note: The supplied screen does not identify the available values in Please Select.... Select only the option that applies to your current Dynamic Validation requirement.
integration with crms
Use the integration with crms tab to review the Dynamic Validation content presented for CRM integration. The supplied screen data identifies this tab but does not expose individual records, fields, or columns within it.
No button or action is provided that moves a record into or out of this tab. Review the available content and save the overall configuration when required.
reports settings
Use the reports settings tab to review Dynamic Validation content related to reports. The supplied screen data does not identify individual report settings, records, or fields displayed in this tab.
No transition control is provided for moving records into or out of this tab. Use Save or Save and Close after making any available changes.
shareable content
Use the shareable content tab to review the Dynamic Validation content available for sharing. The supplied screen data does not expose the records, fields, or columns that may appear within this tab.
No action is provided for moving content into or out of this tab. Save the configuration after completing any available updates.
templates
Use the templates tab to review Dynamic Validation content associated with templates. The supplied screen data identifies the tab but does not specify the template records or fields available there.
No workflow action is provided for adding, removing, or transferring records in this tab. Use the available save action to preserve changes made on the screen.
work procedure settings
Use the work procedure settings tab to review Dynamic Validation content related to work procedures. The supplied screen data does not identify the settings, records, or columns contained in this tab.
No record movement action is listed for this tab. After reviewing or updating available content, save the configuration.
Workflow

Open Configurations, then select Dynamic Validation to access Customize Mandatory Fields.

Review the available tabs in the displayed order: integration with crms, reports settings, shareable content, templates, and work procedure settings. Select the tab that contains the configuration you need to review or update.

When a selection is required, open Please Select..., choose the applicable available option, then select Select to confirm it.
Tip: Confirm the intended selection before saving. The available screen data does not show a separate validation status or reversal action.

If supporting documentation is required, use Attach and select the applicable file for files[]. Confirm the file-selection dialog with Ok when it is displayed.

Decide how to finish the update:
- Select Save to preserve the changes and continue working on Customize Mandatory Fields.
- Select Save and Close to preserve the changes and leave the screen.
Examples
A Project Manager needs to update Dynamic Validation settings for a project work procedure and retain a supporting file.
- Open Configurations and select Dynamic Validation.
- Select the work procedure settings tab.
- Open Please Select... and choose the available option that applies to the work procedure requirement.
- Select Select to confirm the chosen option.
- Select Attach and add the supporting work procedure file to files[].
- Select Ok to confirm the file dialog, if displayed.
- Select Save and Close to save the selected option and attached file, then close Customize Mandatory Fields.
Tips
Tip: Use Save when you need to review additional tabs after updating one area of Dynamic Validation.
Note: Use Save and Close only after you have completed the required review of the relevant tabs.
Warning: Do not assume that a tab contains a workflow transition. No record movement controls are provided for the listed tabs.
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Likely cause | Fix |

| You cannot complete the selection. | An option has not been confirmed. | Choose an available value in Please Select..., then select Select. |
| A file is not associated with the configuration. | The file was not added or the file dialog was not confirmed. | Select Attach, add the file to files[], and select Ok when available. |
| Changes are not retained. | The screen was closed without using a save action. | Select Save to remain on the screen, or Save and Close to save and exit. |
