Getting Started with Configurations

Use Configurations to open and save administrative settings for the business, including company, branch, attachment, bonus calculation, account manager, and two-factor authentication settings.

What You Can Do

  • Use Save to store changes made to a configuration record.
  • Use Save and Close to store changes and return from the current record.
  • Use twoFactorAuth to work with two-factor authentication settings.
  • Use logHistory to review the available history for the current configuration.
  • Use icn icn-update to refresh the current configuration view.
  • Use Attach to add an attachment to a configuration record.
  • Use Tickets to access related tickets.

First Session: Save a Two-Factor Authentication Configuration

Complete this task to open the two-factor authentication settings and save the current configuration.

  1. Go to Applications > Configurations.
  2. Open 2-Factor authentication.
  3. Select twoFactorAuth if it is required to open or apply the two-factor authentication settings.
  4. Review and complete the settings available on the screen.
  5. Select Save to keep the configuration open, or select Save and Close to save the configuration and close the record.
  6. Select Ok if a confirmation message is displayed.

Confirm the Result

The two-factor authentication configuration remains saved. If you selected Save and Close, the configuration record closes after the changes are stored.
