Overview
Use the Project List to review project records and distinguish active project records from archived project records. Project managers and other users working in the PM area use this list when they need to locate a project and review its displayed identification, status, vendor, construction, engineering, and PMC information.
Before you start
You need access to PM and the Projects record list.
Steps

Open the Projects record list in the PM area.

Select all to review the full project list. Review the displayed project information, including Name, Full name, and Status, to identify the project record you require.

Select archived when you need to review archived project records.
All
The all tab contains project records available in the main project list. Use the displayed Name, Full name, and Status information to identify the relevant project record, together with the available vendor, construction, engineering, and PMC entries.
Archived
The archived tab contains archived project records. Use this tab when the project record you need is no longer being reviewed in the main project list.
Tips & cautions
Tip: Review the Status value together with the project name to distinguish records with similar names.
Note: Use all and archived as separate list views when reviewing project records.
Result
You have reviewed project records in the main and archived Project List views.
