The QC area provides a central working view for quality control activities. It is intended for users who review and manage QC information as part of project delivery, purchasing, warehouse operations, or job-related controls.
This area supports configurable views of QC information. Users can apply and maintain layouts, select the columns displayed, access settings, refresh the view, and export the information shown.
The QC screen is relevant to Project Managers, Purchasing Officers, Warehouse or Inventory Managers, and other users responsible for monitoring quality control processes.
What you can do here
- Refresh the QC view using Update (icn-update).
- Open layout options using Layout (icn icn-layoout) and apply the standard view with Standard Layout.
- Create and maintain saved views with Add Layout, Save, and Update Current.
- Remove a saved layout with Delete Current or confirm deletion with Delete.
- Cancel the current layout or deletion action with Cancel.
- Select the information displayed in the QC view with Columns Chooser.
- Access QC view settings through Settings (icn icn-settings).
- Export the displayed QC information with Export.
