Plans

Overview

Use Plans to review plan records and their listed price, creation date, modification date, and active status. This view is useful when you need to locate a specific plan, compare displayed prices, or work with plan-related attachments.

Workflow

  1. Review the available plan records in the Plans view. Use the Plan, Price, Created at, Modified at, and Active columns to identify the record you need.

  2. Decide whether you need all plans or a narrower result set. To find a particular record, enter relevant text in the Search box, then select Apply filter to refresh the displayed records.

Tip: Use the plan name or a distinctive price value when filtering to reduce the number of records to review.

  3. When you need to work with a record in the displayed results, use Select to mark the applicable plan.

  4. Decide whether supporting documentation is required. Select Attach, then add the file by using the upload area labelled or Drop a file here. Select Ok to complete the attachment action.

Note: Review the selected plan before attaching a file so that supporting documents are associated with the intended record.

Examples

A sales manager needs to review the plan named “Annual Service Plan” before discussing its commercial terms with an account.

  1. In the Plans view, enter Annual Service Plan in the Search box.
  2. Select Apply filter to display the matching result.
  3. Review the plan’s Price, Created at, Modified at, and Active values.
  4. Use Select to mark the plan if further action is required.
  5. If a supporting commercial document must be retained with the plan, select Attach, add the file using or Drop a file here, and select Ok.

Tips

Tip: Use the Modified at column to distinguish between records with similar plan names.

Warning: Check the Active column when reviewing plans to ensure that you are working with the appropriate record.
