User Guide › Projects Management
Overview
Projects Management is the central workspace for monitoring projects and their commercial and operational progress. It supports the management of work that may involve customer sales, purchasing, stock movements, delivery activities, payments, and financial control.
Project managers use this area to maintain visibility of individual projects and assess their current status. Sales representatives and sales managers can use project information to follow customer-related work, while purchasing officers and warehouse managers can coordinate procurement and stock requirements connected to project delivery.
Finance officers use project records to review the financial position of project-related activity, including payment and profitability considerations. Each project record brings together the information required to track work from initial commercial activity through delivery and financial completion.
