Overview
Principal Dashboard provides a central entry point to the platform’s operational areas. It helps users move between dashboard views, reports, personal work items, and core business functions from one location.
Sales representatives, account managers, project managers, purchasing officers, warehouse managers, and finance users can use this area to access the functions relevant to their responsibilities. The dashboard links to Sales, PM, Purchasing, Warehouse, reporting, and ticket-related work.
What you can do here
- Select Dashboard, Reports, or My Desk to open dashboard information, reporting, or your personal workspace.
- Select Sales to access sales-related functions.
- Select PM to access project management functions and project-related work.
- Select Purchasing to access purchasing and buyout-related functions.
- Select Warehouse to access warehouse and stock-related functions.
- Select Tickets to access ticket-related records.
- Use today, Select, Attach, and Ok to work with the available dashboard options, attachments, and confirmations.
