Overview
Activity provides a central workspace for viewing and managing activity records. It supports users who need to maintain a clear record of ongoing business interactions and related work.
Sales representatives, sales managers, purchasing officers, warehouse managers, project managers, and finance officers can use this area to review activities, work with related Tickets, and move through activity records.
What you can do here
- Use Save to save changes to an activity record.
- Use Save and Close to save the activity record and close it.
- Use Select to select an activity record.
- Use Undo and Redo to reverse or restore recent changes.
- Select Tickets to work with tickets from the activity area.
- Use the Search box to find activity records.
- Navigate activity pages with Previous Page, Page 1, Page 2, and Page 3.
