Inventory overview
The Inventory area provides access to the Warehouse screen, where users work with warehouse-related inventory information. It supports the operational visibility needed by Warehouse and inventory managers, Purchasing officers, Project managers, and Finance officers who require an up-to-date view of Stock operations.
This area is centred on the Warehouse entity and its displayed information. Users can adjust how the Warehouse view is presented by filtering data, selecting columns, and managing saved layouts.
What you can do here
- Use Login to access the Inventory application.
- Use Filter (icn-filter) to narrow the information shown in the Warehouse view, and Refresh (icn-update) to update the displayed information.
- Open Layout options (icn icn-layoout) and select Add Layout to create a new view layout.
- Select Save to save layout changes, or Cancel to discard changes that have not been saved.
- Use Update Current to update the current layout, and Delete Current or Delete to remove a layout.
- Use Columns Chooser to select the columns displayed in the Warehouse view.
- Open Settings (icn icn-settings) to access available Warehouse view settings.
