The All view in Market provides a consolidated workspace for reviewing market-related records by tab. Sales representatives, account managers, project managers, purchasing officers, and finance users can use it to review account managers, Accounts, principals, and sub-suppliers, then adjust the list layout to support their daily review.
Use this view when you need to locate a market record, review its displayed information, save a reusable column arrangement, or export the currently displayed list.
Settings
Before working with the list regularly, set up a layout that displays the information relevant to your role. Layout settings affect how the list is presented; they do not create or change the market records shown in the tabs.

files[]
Displays the files field available on the screen. No processing behaviour is specified on this view.
Note: Use a clearly descriptive Layout name, such as “Account Review” or “Supplier Review,” so that users can identify the appropriate list arrangement when selecting a layout.
Workflow
Open Applications > Market and review the consolidated Market list. Select the appropriate tab for the records you need to review: account managers, accounts, principals, or sub supplier.

Decide whether you need to find a particular record or review the whole list.
To narrow the displayed list, enter your search text in Search.
To adjust the information visible for the current review, select Columns Chooser and choose the list columns required for your task.
Review the available columns, which may include display name, full name, type, market segment, and active status.

Decide whether the current list arrangement should remain temporary or be saved for reuse.
For a temporary review, select Standard Layout when you want to return to the standard list presentation.
For an existing saved arrangement, choose it in Select....
To create a reusable arrangement, select Add Layout, enter a value in Layout name, and select Save.

Tip: Create a separate layout when different reviews require different columns. For example, an account-focused layout can emphasize account identity and market segment, while a supplier-focused layout can emphasize supplier records.
Decide whether to retain, revise, or remove a saved layout.
To retain changes to the selected layout, select Update Current.
To abandon an action before saving it, select Cancel.
To remove the selected saved layout, select Delete Current, then use Delete when confirmation is required.

When the displayed tab, search result, and layout are ready for distribution or further analysis, select Export.
account managers
The account managers tab contains account manager records available in the Market workspace. Use this tab to review the displayed record information and locate a particular entry through Search. You can change the visible list columns with Columns Chooser or apply a saved arrangement through Select....

accounts
The accounts tab contains Accounts records, including customer, supplier, or other business-relationship organizations. Review the list using the available identity and classification information, such as display name, full name, type, market segment, and active status where shown.

principals
The principals tab contains principal records in the Market workspace. Use Search to locate a known principal and use the list layout controls when you need a different presentation of the available record information.

sub supplier
The sub supplier tab contains sub-supplier records. This tab supports review of the records currently displayed and preparation of a list for export by using Search, Columns Chooser, and the available layout controls.

Examples
A purchasing officer needs a reusable view of sub-suppliers for a Buyout review.
Open the sub supplier tab.
Enter the known sub-supplier name in Search to limit the list to the relevant record or records.
Select Columns Chooser and retain the columns needed for the review, such as display name, type, market segment, and active status where available.
Select Add Layout.
Enter
Buyout Sub-supplier Review
in Layout name.
Select Save to retain the layout.
When the purchasing officer needs the same view later, select
Buyout Sub-supplier Review
in Select....
After confirming the displayed records, select Export to produce an export from the current list view.
Warning: Select the correct tab before exporting. The export is initiated from the list currently being reviewed, so confirm that accounts, principals, or sub supplier is selected as required.
Tips
Tip: Use Standard Layout when a saved layout no longer provides the information needed for a review.
Keep layout names role-specific and purpose-specific to reduce confusion when selecting an arrangement from Select....
Use Update Current only when you intend to change the selected saved layout for future use.
Use Export only after confirming both the active tab and the search results.
Troubleshooting

The expected record is not visible.
The wrong Market tab may be selected, or the current search text may exclude the record.
