Progress a confirmed order to Delivered

Use Status update to apply each applicable Order status after required gates are complete, then verify the Delivered Order in the fulfillment view.

Before you start

• The Order is at Order Confirmation.
• The user is signed in and has the sales.order.update permission.
• Required approval and activation gates have been completed.
• The Offer completed its workflow through Ordered before the job proceeded as an Order.

Steps

1. Status update on Confirmed Order — Applies the next applicable Order status in the documented sequence toward Delivered.

2. delivered on delivered orders — Shows Orders at the Delivered stage for fulfillment monitoring.

Shows Orders at the Delivered stage for fulfillment monitoring. Confirm this on delivered orders.
