Overview
Use Receivables to review account invoices and identify them by invoice number, related job, account, due date, and invoice amount. Finance officers use this page when monitoring customer invoices that require payment follow-up.
Account invoices progress through the invoice lifecycle from Draft, through the approval workflow, to Approved, Upcoming, Due, and Paid. Use the receivables list to review invoices as they progress toward payment completion.
Steps

From the workspace navigation, select Financial > Receivables.

Select Account Invoices to open the account invoice receivables area.

Select All to review the available account invoices.

Review each invoice using the displayed columns:
- Invoice No. identifies the invoice.
- Job No. identifies the related job.
- Account identifies the customer account.
- Due date shows the payment due date.
- Invoice amount in € shows the invoice amount in euros.

Select Sales Invoices when you need to work with sales invoice receivables.
Tips & cautions
Note: An invoice with the Due status requires payment or action. An invoice with the Paid status represents a completed payment.
Warning: Binding invoices can prevent changes or reversions to related records.
Result
You have opened Receivables and reviewed account invoices by customer account, related job, due date, and invoice amount.
