Overview
Use Inspection Document configuration to access the warehouse inspection-document setup area. Warehouse administrators use this page when preparing inspection-related configuration for warehouse operations. The page is available from the Warehouse Settings configuration area.
Before you start
You must be signed in before you can access the Inspection Document screen. Ensure that your account can open the Configurations workspace and Warehouse Settings.
Note: The application enforces required-entry validation for the Inspection Document configuration form.
Steps

Sign in to the application.

Open Configurations > Warehouse Settings > Inspection Document.

Select New to begin a new Inspection Document configuration record.

Complete the required configuration values presented in the new record. Address any required-entry validation before continuing.

Apply the required format for the value that is subject to format validation.
Warning: One configuration value accepts only the format enforced by the application. Correct the value if a format-validation message is displayed.
Tips & cautions
Tip: Use New only when you need to add an Inspection Document configuration record.
Note: The Warehouse and Base of inspection controls are available from the application navigation while working in the warehouse area.
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| The Inspection Document page is unavailable. | You are not signed in. | Sign in, then open Configurations > Warehouse Settings > Inspection Document. |
| The application prevents you from continuing. | One or more required entries have not been completed. | Complete the required values indicated by the validation message. |
| A value is rejected after entry. | The value does not meet the required format. | Revise the value to match the format validation enforced by the application. |
Result
The Inspection Document configuration page is open and a new configuration record has been initiated.
