• The activity record cannot be saved → A mandatory field has not been completed → Complete the required field shown on the form, then select Save.
• A warning appears when leaving the form → The form contains unsaved changes → Select Save or Save and Close before leaving the form.
• The Activities option is unavailable → You do not have access to the Activities area → Obtain the required access before attempting to create or update an activity record.
