Dashboard settings — Configurations › Dashboard Settings

The platform is available at https://shoteco2.pams.net. Its interface is organised into persistent navigation and page-specific working areas so that you can move between business activities while retaining access to the main application structure.

Screen Anatomy

The interface has three main regions:

RegionPurpose
Navigation sidebarProvides access to the available business areas and helps you move between dashboards, sales activities, procurement work, warehouse activities, projects, and financial tasks.
HeaderDisplays the current page context and page-level controls.
Working areaDisplays the content for the selected page, such as dashboard information, settings, lists, or individual records.

Dashboard

The Dashboard provides an overview of operational information and shortcuts to the available dashboard content.

Dashboard Settings

Dashboard Settings is used to view and maintain the configuration available for dashboard content.

Dashboard Controls

The following controls are available on the Dashboard and Dashboard Settings screens:

  • Search box filters the displayed content by the text you enter.
  • Select lets you choose an available option or value.
  • edit opens the applicable dashboard setting for modification.
  • Tickets opens ticket-related information from the Dashboard.

List Screens and Record Screens

The working area changes according to the type of page you open.

Screen typePurposeHow it is used
List screenShows multiple items in one view.Use the list to review available items, search for a specific item, and select the item you need to work with.
Record screenShows the details of one selected item.Use the record screen to review the item’s information and, where available, use edit to modify it.

For example, a list screen may show several dashboard settings or ticket-related items, while a record screen displays the information for one selected setting or item.
