Overview
Contract Data provides a central area for viewing and working with contract-related information in the application. It is intended for users who need to review or maintain contract records that support commercial, project, purchasing, and financial activities.
Sales representatives, project managers, purchasing officers, and finance users can use this area when contract information is relevant to sales jobs, buyouts, supplier commitments, customer arrangements, or job profitability review.
The area also supports configurable list layouts, allowing users to adjust how contract data is displayed for their operational responsibilities.
What you can do here
- Update (icn-update) the displayed contract data.
- Use Layout (icn icn-layoout), Standard Layout, and Add Layout to select or create a data layout.
- Use Save, Update Current, Delete Current, Delete, or Cancel to manage layout changes.
- Use Columns Chooser to choose the columns displayed in the contract data view.
- Use Settings (icn icn-settings) to access display settings.
- Use Export to export the displayed contract data.
