Contracts Data overview
Contracts Data provides a central area for viewing and maintaining contract information used across business operations. It supports users who need to review contract records while managing customer commitments, purchasing arrangements, projects, and financial activities.
Sales representatives, Sales managers, Purchasing officers, Project managers, and Finance officers can use this area to locate relevant contract data and keep records current. Tickets are available from this area for related operational follow-up.
What you can do here
- Use Search box to find contract data.
- Select edit to update a contract record.
- Select Tickets to access tickets from Contracts Data.
