Principal Desk2 provides a central workspace for accessing operational areas and personal work views. It supports users who need to move between sales, project management, purchasing, warehouse, reporting, and dashboard functions.
The desk also provides access to lists and tickets, helping teams work with operational records and follow-up items from a single application area. Sales representatives, project managers, purchasing officers, warehouse managers, and finance users can use it to reach the relevant business function.
What you can do here
- Use Select to choose an available item or option.
- Open lists to work with available record lists.
- Access Tickets to work with tickets.
- Use Attach to add an attachment.
- Select Ok to confirm an action or selection.
- Open Dashboard, Reports, or My Desk to access overview, reporting, and personal workspace views.
- Navigate to Sales, PM, Purchasing, or Warehouse to access the corresponding operational area.
