Welcome
Welcome to Pams V2
Pams V2 is a business operations application for managing the commercial and operational lifecycle of sales jobs and Projects. It brings sales, purchasing, Buyouts, Warehouse Stock, job costs, payments, Accounts, Contacts, finance, and reporting into one system so that teams can work from consistent business data.
The application is designed for project-based commercial operations where customer requirements, supplier purchases, Stock availability, delivery activity, and financial performance must be monitored together. It helps reduce disconnected records, improves visibility of outstanding work and costs, and supports timely analysis of Job profitability.
Sales representatives and Account managers use Pams V2 to maintain Accounts and Contacts, develop sales opportunities, prepare RFQs and Direct orders, and follow Sales jobs through the commercial process. Project managers use it to manage Projects, monitor purchasing and operational requirements, review Job Cost information, and assess Job profitability. Purchasing officers manage RFQs, Purchase activity, supplier Buyouts, and purchasing records. Warehouse managers and Inventory controllers use the Warehouse and Inventory areas to control Stock, product serial combinations, Serial status, and stock-related movements. Finance officers and Accountants use the finance-related areas to manage financial records, payments, Contract Data, L/Gs, and financial analysis.
