The area provides entry points to dashboards, reports, tickets, and attachments. It supports navigation to the relevant functional workspace without introducing separate transactional records in this overview.
What you can do here
- Open Dashboard to access dashboard information.
- Open Reports to access reporting functions.
- Open Tickets to access tickets.
- Use Attach to work with attachments.
- Open My Desk to return to the personal workspace.
- Navigate to Sales, PM, Purchasing, Warehouse, or Finance for the relevant business area.
