Correct two-factor-authentication selections

Adjust filters and selected users before starting the two-factor-authentication action, then save without closing when further review is required.

Before you start

  • Permission to view and update two-factor-authentication configuration records.
  • Confirm Selected items matches the intended filtered or displayed users before processing.

Steps

  1. Filter by user on 2 Factor Authentication — Limits displayed records by user when a value is active.

  2. Filter by field on 2 Factor Authentication — Limits displayed records by field when a value is active.

  3. Selected items on 2 Factor Authentication — Shows the users currently selected for processing.

  4. Two-Factor Authentication (twoFactorAuth) on 2 Factor Authentication — Starts the two-factor-authentication action for the confirmed selection.

  5. Save on 2 Factor Authentication — Retains current work while remaining on the page.

  6. Save and Close on 2 Factor Authentication — Retains current work and closes the page.

  7. OK (Ok) on 2 Factor Authentication — Acknowledges a displayed message.

Result

Acknowledges a displayed message. Confirm this on 2 Factor Authentication.
