PAMS is intended for these operating models:

Your operationPAMS fits when you…
Sales agencyRepresent multiple principals and manage commission structures and product portfolios.
Direct sales or trading teamHandle cycles involving clients and suppliers, including bidding, booking, procurement, and warehousing.
Hybrid companyRepresent principals while also selling your own products or projects.
Sales management or executive teamNeed visibility into team performance, revenue, booking forecasts, and target achievement.
B2B operation replacing disconnected toolsHave outgrown spreadsheets, struggle with generic CRMs, or coordinate work across disconnected systems.

Before you choose a starting point

Compare your operation with the audience descriptions above before choosing a work area. The Home screen gives you a working dashboard, not an audience-selection list.

Look at the visible dashboard surface and its sorting controls.

The first comparison is about how your business sells. Identify whether you represent other principals, sell your own products or projects, or do both. Then identify whether your main need is running sales work or seeing performance across a sales team.

The Home screen does not carry a business-record entry form or customer, supplier, product, or transaction fields. It also does not provide a role or audience list. Use the audience descriptions above to choose your starting point instead of looking for those descriptions on Home.

When a dashboard request succeeds, the displayed feedback is Your request was completed successfully. If changing the active dashboard fails, the displayed feedback is An error occurred while processing your request.

Choose your starting point

Choose a starting page when you are deciding where to begin.

Prerequisites

  • Know whether your operation represents multiple principals, sells its own products or projects, or combines both models.
  • Know whether you are looking for day-to-day sales work or management visibility.
  • Know whether PAMS is replacing spreadsheets, a generic CRM, or disconnected systems.
