Understand the subscriber details screen

The screen presents the company, its assigned plan, and a save control. The Features area is not available as a working area on this screen, and no feature list appears.

PlanSelects the plan assigned to the company.Required.
SaveSaves a changed plan assignment.Disabled when there are no plan changes.

The Plan choices load before you choose one. Each choice uses the plan name as its displayed label and the plan ID as its value. The complete list of choices is not fixed on this screen.

Check the Company field and the surrounding record controls.

Review and save the assigned plan

Change the assigned subscription plan when the company should use a different plan.

Prerequisites

  • The subscriber record is open.
  • The Plan choices have loaded.

Steps

  1. Review the current value in Plan.

  2. Open Plan.

  3. Record the available plan labels and values for the change you are about to make.

  4. Select the plan that the company should use.

Changing Plan refreshes the subscriber feature and capacity values associated with the selected plan.

Check the Plan choice control before selecting a plan.
  5. Select Save.

Check the Save control after a plan selection.

Result: The selected plan is submitted for the subscriber record. The save response updates the page's stored subscriber details when the request succeeds.

Review a feature price

The feature-price editor is a conditional path for a feature row; it is not a standard area of the subscriber details screen.

Prerequisites

  • A feature row provides the feature edit entry point.

Steps

  1. Open Edit feature for the feature row.
  2. Review the feature price field in the Edit feature popup.
  3. Enter a value that is at least 0 when the price is editable.

Result: The feature-price editor shows the amount with the #,##0.00 format. This page does not save feature-price changes.
