Country statutory reports and certificates

Country statutory work covers country-specific reports, certificates, licenses, and SInvoice variants in one capability. Use this page when you need to locate a country-specific statutory surface rather than a general invoice or payment task.

Before you start

Have the country and statutory task in mind before opening the accounting area. The grouped capability includes reports, certificates, licenses, and SInvoice variants, so the task you need determines which entry you choose.

Use the accounting menu to look for the country-specific entry that matches your work. The available entries are listed in the next section.

Prerequisites

  • Know the country or statutory format related to your task.
  • Know whether you need a report, certificate, license, template, symbol, or SInvoice surface.

Steps

  1. Select the country or statutory format that matches your task.
  2. Choose the matching entry from the list in Find the statutory capability.

Result: You have a country or statutory format and a matching accounting entry to open in the next section.

Find the statutory capability

The accounting navigation groups these country-specific surfaces by country or statutory format. Use the entry that matches the work you need to do.

Prerequisites

  • Have the country or statutory format identified.

Steps

  1. Select Accounting to enter the accounting area.
  2. Select FEC for the French FEC tool, or select the bold label in the Accounting entry column that names your task.

Result: The selected country-specific statutory surface opens for the next section.

Understand the statutory screen

Each entry takes you to a country-specific statutory surface. Read the labels on the selected surface before entering or changing information, and keep the country and statutory task you identified in view while you work.

Reports and exports serve statutory reporting work. Certificates, licenses, templates, and symbols support the corresponding electronic-document or country setup.

Prerequisites

  • Have the selected country-specific surface open.

Steps

  1. Read the labels on the open surface.
  2. Match the surface to your task: use a report or export for reporting work, or use the corresponding certificate, license, template, or symbol entry for setup work.

Result: You are working in the statutory surface that matches your task and can perform it in the next section.

Perform the statutory task

Use the country-specific entry that matches your task, then follow the controls presented on that surface. Reporting work belongs with the report or export entry; certificate, license, template, and symbol work belongs with its corresponding setup entry.

Prerequisites

  • Have the country-specific entry that matches your task.

Steps

  1. Select FEC for the French FEC tool, or select the bold label in the Accounting entry column that names your task.
  2. Follow the controls presented on that surface.

Result: The selected statutory task is open for the work it supports; use the next section if the country or access branch needs correction.

Handle country and access branches

Choose the country or statutory format first. The navigation places the available entries under country-specific branches, including France, Hungary, Spain, Argentina, Indonesia, Italy, and Vietnam.

Prerequisites

  • Know the country or statutory format for the work.

Steps

  1. Select Accounting.
  2. Select FEC for France, or select the bold label in the Accounting entry column for your country or statutory format.

Result: You are in the country branch that matches the statutory task; continue to the next section if the destination is wrong.

When statutory work goes wrong

If the selected statutory address opens the general Apps screen instead, return to the accounting menu and select the country-specific entry again. The statutory surface is the destination you need; the general Apps screen is not a report, certificate, license, or SInvoice work area.

The destination screen contains theme settings rather than statutory work. Its visible controls are Menu Style, Font Type, Preloader Option, Theme Colors, Brand Color, Background Color, Sidebar Color, and Chatter Position; none carries a required marker.
