What this administration page covers
This page brings together the administration surfaces used before customer invoicing work
begins: Invoices, Payments, Products, Customers, Bank Accounts, and
e-Faktur. The six destinations mirror the customer-facing invoicing area.
An administration surface is the destination where you inspect or adjust one class of accounting record.

Understand the fields and conditions
These fields identify the commercial and accounting information named by the six surfaces. The conditions determine which information and actions apply to the record you are viewing.
| Surface | Fields to check | Conditions to check |
|---|---|---|
| Invoices | Invoice Date, Tax Excluded, Total, Total in Currency | Invoice state and account-group access |
| Payments | Customer, Payment Currency, Memo, Customer Bank Account, Vendor Bank Account, Company Bank Account | Payment state, cancellation state, and payment type |

| Customers | Customer tax information | Country and tax-registration state |
| e-Faktur | Total Available | Indonesia context and cancellation state for reset actions |
| Bank Accounts | Bank-account trust information | Bank-account validation permission |
The product Attributes & Variants area is available only for the product-variant access branch. Product barcode visibility changes with the number of variants. e-Faktur invoice fields depend on Indonesia context, and customer tax information depends on country and tax-registration state.
