If you cannot sign in because you do not know your password, use Atloria’s password-reset process to recover access to your account. Resetting your password helps you regain access without creating a new account or restarting your setup.
Overview
The password-reset screen is intended for situations where your current password is unavailable or no longer accepted. You can begin the recovery process from the Atloria sign-in experience and follow the instructions shown on the password-reset screen.
During the process, Atloria uses the account details you provide to identify your sign-in account and guide you through setting a replacement password. When you finish, use the new password the next time you sign in.
This process is separate from workspace setup. Options such as Setup, Skip setup, Finish setup, and Reset to Defaults relate to configuring Atloria after you have access; they do not change your sign-in password.

Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:
- Access to the email inbox associated with your Atloria account.
- Your organization’s correct Atloria sign-in page.
- A secure device and browser that you trust.
- A new password ready to use, if the reset process asks you to create one.
- Access to any organization-required sign-in method, such as single sign-on, if your company uses it.
Step-by-Step Instructions
-
Open the Atloria sign-in experience.
If you are already on the sign-in screen, look for the option that starts password recovery. This opens the password-reset screen.
-
Review the instructions on the password-reset screen.
Enter the account information requested on screen. Use the same email address or account identifier that you normally use to sign in to Atloria.
-
Select Reset.
The Reset action submits your password-recovery request. Wait for the confirmation or next instruction displayed by Atloria before closing the page.
-
Check the inbox for the account you entered.
Look for the Atloria password-reset message. If your organization filters external email, also check your spam, junk, quarantine, or security-filter folders.
-
Follow the instructions in the reset message.
Complete the identity-verification and password-update steps provided in the message. Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for another service.
-
Return to Atloria and sign in with your new password.
After the password change is complete, use the new password on the Atloria sign-in screen. If you are taken into onboarding after signing in, continue with Get Started →, Setup, or Finish setup as appropriate for your organization.

Tips and Best Practices
- Enter your account details carefully before selecting Reset. A small spelling error can send recovery instructions to the wrong place or prevent Atloria from locating your account.
- Use the newest password-reset message if you request more than one reset. Earlier messages may no longer be valid after a newer request is submitted.
- Do not use Reset to Defaults when you need to recover your password. That option is associated with setup or configuration, not sign-in recovery.
- Keep your reset message private. Do not forward password-reset instructions or share them with coworkers.
- If your organization signs in through a company identity provider, use the organization’s approved recovery process when Atloria directs you to it. Your Atloria password may be managed by your company rather than directly in Atloria.
- After you regain access, complete any unfinished onboarding using Setup or Finish setup. If you do not need to configure Atloria immediately, Skip setup may be available.

Troubleshooting
I selected Reset, but I did not receive a password-reset message
Problem: You submitted a reset request, but no message arrives in your inbox.
Cause: The request may have been submitted with a different email address, the message may be delayed, or your organization’s email security controls may have filtered it.
Solution: Wait a few minutes, then check spam, junk, quarantine, and filtered-message folders. Confirm that you entered the same account details used for Atloria sign-in. If you still cannot find the message, submit a new request using the correct account details and contact your organization’s Atloria administrator or IT support team.
My new password is not accepted when I try to sign in
Problem: You completed the reset process but cannot sign in.
Cause: The password may have been entered differently than intended, the reset may not have completed, or your organization may require single sign-on instead of an Atloria-managed password.
Solution: Carefully enter the new password again, checking keyboard layout and capitalization. If the issue continues, repeat the password-reset process and use the latest reset message. If your company uses single sign-on, return to the organization’s normal sign-in method and contact IT support if necessary.
I cannot find the password-reset option
Problem: You are on an Atloria sign-in page but do not see a way to begin recovery.
Cause: Your organization may use a managed sign-in process, or you may be using a nonstandard or outdated sign-in link.
Solution: Use your organization’s approved Atloria sign-in page. If the page directs you to company authentication, recover your credentials through that provider. If you still need assistance, contact your Atloria administrator or IT support team.
