Manage Your Profile

This page explains how to locate and review the profile-related settings available for your Atloria account. Keeping your profile information current helps ensure your account is recognizable and your personal settings are accurate.

Overview

Atloria provides a Settings entry point for account and application configuration. From this area, you can review the settings that are available to your account and look for profile-related options.

The available evidence confirms that profile information can be displayed with an avatar and optional account statistics. The profile display may show a loading indicator while your information is being retrieved, followed by your avatar and any available statistics.

Profile editing fields, such as a display name, email address, password, or avatar upload control, are not confirmed in the available interface evidence. If your organization has enabled these controls, use the labels and save options shown in your own Settings screen.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure that you have:

An active Atloria account.
Access to the Atloria workspace where you want to review your settings.
Permission to change account settings, if your organization restricts profile management.
Any updated information you plan to enter, such as an approved profile image or organization-required account details.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Open Atloria and sign in to your account.
Select Settings from the available navigation options.
Wait for the Settings screen to finish loading.
Look for the profile or account section available in your Settings screen.
Review the profile information currently displayed for your account.
Check whether an avatar is shown with your profile information.
Wait if a loading indicator appears before the profile information is displayed.
Select the available edit control for the profile item you want to change, if your screen provides one.
Update the value in the profile field that opens.
Select the save or confirm control shown in your screen to apply the change.
Review the displayed profile information after saving to confirm that your update appears correctly.

Tips and Best Practices

Review your displayed avatar after making changes. Atloria’s profile display supports an image and can use a fallback when an image is not available.
Allow the profile area to finish loading before deciding that information is missing. A loading indicator can appear while profile information is being retrieved.
Confirm changes immediately after saving. Check that the updated value is visible in the profile display rather than assuming the change was applied.
Use information that complies with your organization’s identity and privacy policies. For example, use an approved profile image if your organization requires one.
Do not share account credentials through profile fields or profile images.
If you do not see an edit option in Settings, your account may be limited to viewing profile information. Contact your Atloria administrator for help with account changes.

Troubleshooting

The profile information is still loading

Wait for the loading indicator to disappear before taking further action. If the profile does not appear after waiting, refresh the screen and sign in again. Contact your Atloria administrator if the issue continues.

I cannot find an option to edit my profile

Select Settings and review all sections available to your account. The available interface evidence confirms profile display capabilities, but does not confirm that every user can edit profile details. Your administrator may manage profile information or restrict editing permissions.

My updated information does not appear

Return to the profile display after selecting the save or confirm control. If the previous information remains visible, refresh the screen and check again. If the change still does not appear, contact your Atloria administrator and provide the profile item you attempted to update.
