The administration dashboard is the starting point for choosing an administration area.

Overview

Use its links to choose the area that matches your work. It brings together links for users, organizations, documents, projects, operations, AI configuration, system settings, and security and audit work.

The detailed work continues on the relevant page: Users and permissions overview, Organization overview, Documents overview, Projects overview, Operations overview, AI configuration overview, System settings overview, or Security and audit overview.

Before you start

Prerequisites

  • You are signed in to Atloria.
  • Your session is active so the administration dashboard can show the signed-in identity and load the project count.
  • You know which area of administration you need to open.

The subtitle can include your signed-in name and role. The Your Projects value appears as a project count when the project request succeeds; a failed request leaves that value as .

The administration page does not define which roles may open each destination. Use the access you have been given when selecting an area.

Open the administration dashboard

Open the administration dashboard before choosing an administration area.

Prerequisites

  • You are signed in to Atloria.

Steps

  1. Open the administration dashboard.

Result: The administration dashboard is on screen with its administration links and quick actions.

Read the administration dashboard

The administration dashboard is a list of destinations rather than an inline editing form. The administration links are grouped as follows:

AreaWhat the destination is forControl
Users and accessManage users, roles, and access controlUsers & Permissions
OrganizationsManage organizations and team structureOrganizations
DocumentsManage documents and bulk operationsDocuments
ProjectsOpen project settings and configurationsProjects
Operations and analyticsReview jobs, AI spend, credits, deflection, and queue healthOperations & Analytics
AI configurationManage AI models, providers, and API settingsAI Configuration
System settingsManage application configuration and preferencesSystem Settings
Security and auditReview security logs and the audit trailSecurity & Audit

The quick actions provide shorter routes to two areas: Add New User opens user management and Create Project opens projects. System Settings also appears as a quick action.

The subtitle includes the signed-in name when one is available and adds the role when one is available. When the project request fails, the value remains . The page does not provide editable fields, filters, a grid, or a save action. It also does not show its own validation, confirmation, or error message for the project-count failure.

Choose an administration area

Select the destination that matches the work you need to do. Each destination opens its own area.

When a destination is unavailable

A destination can open with a loading indicator or an error page. These outcomes belong to the destination, not to the administration dashboard.
