Operations at a glance

Operations is the hub for reviewing active documentation work and deciding what to do next. Use it when you need to see generation results, AI usage, credit usage, chat-answer activity, attention items, or recent jobs in one place. The hub sits after work starts and before you open a status, history, or analytics detail page.

Before you start

An authenticated session gives you access to the Operations data for your organization. Manual insights is the project-specific area for reviewing weak pages, topic gaps, and coverage gaps. It first loads the organization's projects, then loads insights for the selected project. When no project is selected, the first project returned becomes the initial selection.

Prerequisites

  • Be signed in to Atloria.
  • Have at least one project available if you need Manual insights.
  • Know which project's insights you want to review when more than one project is available.

Find the work area you need

Use Operations to open a project-specific insight view. The application navigation includes Home, Ops, and Operations.

Open Operations

Steps

  1. Select Operations in the application navigation.
  2. Confirm that the page heading is Operations.

Result: The Operations hub is on screen.

Choose a project for Manual insights

The Project selector is a list of projects, not a fixed list of labels. Each option uses the project name for display and the project record's ID as its value. The list appears when more than one project is available.

Steps

  1. In Manual insights, open Project selector.
  2. Select the project whose insight groups you want to review.

Result: The Manual insights area loads for the selected project.

If no projects are available and there is no loading error, Manual insights has no content to show. Use the project work area to create or open a project instead.

Understand the Operations hub

The Operations hub is a read-only summary of current documentation activity, attention signals, AI usage, recent jobs, and queue counts. Needs attention groups collect the attention signals that may need follow-up. Read the summary first, then use the detailed groups to decide which work area to open.

AreaWhat to read
Generation successThe generation success rate and the completed-versus-total job count.
AI spend (actual)Actual spend and the token count for the displayed period.
CreditsCurrent credits and lifetime spend.
Deflection rateAnswered, escalated, refused, positive-feedback, and negative-feedback counts.
Needs attentionEscalations, Chat refusals, 👎 answers, and Search misses.
AI spend by modelModel, Operation, Calls, Tokens, and Cost.
Recent jobsWhen, Status, Stage, Docs, Duration, and Error.
QueuesWaiting, active, failed, and delayed counts for each displayed queue.

The attention cards can contain up to six entries each. The model table can be empty, and the recent-jobs table shows the operational rows returned for the page. Work from the headers and values currently visible in these tables.

Start or resume documentation work

The Dashboard is the starting area for project work. Its summary shows the project count, generation count for the last seven days, and chat answers for the last seven days. Its Recent projects table shows Project, Docs, Categories, and Updated for the first three projects.

Open an existing project

Steps

  1. In Recent projects, select the project row you want to open.

Result: Atloria opens that project's page.

When more than four projects are available, the link beginning View all appears beside Recent projects. Select it to open the full project list.

Start a project from a repository or without one

Prerequisites

  • Decide whether you are connecting a repository or creating the project without one.
  • If you are connecting a repository, have its URL available.

Steps

  1. In the repository scene, choose one route from the table.
If you want to…Select
Enter a repository URLProject repository URL
Continue with a recognized repository URLGet Started →
Connect GitHubGitHub
Connect GitLabGitLab
Connect BitbucketBitbucket
Create without connecting a repositoryCreate without a repository

Result: The wizard follows the route you selected and remains in the project-creation work area until you complete its next step.

When a work area is empty or unavailable

Use the exact message on screen to decide whether to wait, correct a repository URL, or move to the work area that supplies the missing project context.
