Task-Specific Tool Profiles
Maps task modes to curated tool subsets. Reducing visible tools improves accuracy — research shows accuracy drops from 96% → 25% as tool count grows from 1 → 8 (Berkeley tool selection study, 2025).
Modes:
- explore: Read-only codebase investigation
- plan: Analysis + research, no writes
- implement: Active coding — file edits, bash, rollback
- review: Code quality audit — read + analysis only
- full: All tools (default, current behavior)
