Client-side scorer over the PREBUILT STATIC search index (F4).
PublicSearchModal fetches /public/p/:slug/search-index.json once and runs
this tiny inline scorer when the live search API is unavailable — so search
keeps working during an API/Azure outage or on a fully static export. No
external search dependency: a small, well-tuned term scorer.
Ranking = a text score (title/heading/token/excerpt matches, weighted by how
many query terms matched) plus a small entity-graph boost tie-breaker, so
the important pages float up among otherwise-similar text matches.
