Shared Coordination Document (Multi-Agent)
A thread-safe in-memory markdown document that multiple agents can read/write for coordinated work. Each section is keyed by a case-insensitive title and tracks who last updated it and when.
Usage: create one CoordinationDoc instance and share it across agents via createCoordinationTool(). Agents use the tool to post status updates, decisions, blockers, and hand-off notes visible to all other agents.
