This page explains how to access your existing Atloria account using the authentication method available to your organization. Signing in lets you continue setup, open your Atloria workspace, and use the features assigned to your account.
Overview
Atloria supports organization-managed authentication. The sign-in experience you see can vary based on how your organization has configured access, such as a direct Atloria sign-in flow or an authorization flow managed by your identity provider.
If your organization uses an authorization-based connection, you may be asked to review an authorization screen before returning to Atloria. On that screen, the action to continue is labeled Authorize Atloria. This confirms that Atloria can use the authentication permissions approved by your organization.
After you sign in successfully, Atloria takes you to the next available screen for your account. If your workspace setup is not complete, you may see setup actions such as Setup, Skip setup, or Finish setup. These are separate from signing in and can be completed after you have access to your account.

- Access to the email account or identity provider associated with your Atloria account.
- Permission to use your organization’s required authentication method.

Tips and Best Practices
- Use the same work account that received your Atloria invitation. Signing in with a different identity-provider account may prevent Atloria from recognizing your workspace access.
- Select Authorize Atloria only after confirming that the authorization screen belongs to your organization’s approved sign-in process.
- Do not use Skip setup unless you understand which workspace configuration tasks will remain incomplete. Your administrator may require you to return and complete setup later.
- If you are setting up an authentication connection for your organization, use the Authentication area and follow the available OAuth 2.0 Setup guidance. This is typically an administrator task rather than a standard user sign-in step.
- If you see ← Authentication, select it to return to the previous authentication configuration screen rather than restarting the entire sign-in process.
- Keep your browser session open until Atloria finishes redirecting you back from your organization’s authentication provider. Closing the tab early can interrupt the sign-in process.

Troubleshooting
You cannot complete the authorization step
If Authorize Atloria is unavailable, disabled, or returns you to the same screen, close any extra Atloria tabs and start again from your organization’s sign-in link. If the issue continues, contact your Atloria administrator to confirm that your account is authorized for the organization’s authentication connection.
You signed in but cannot see the expected workspace
Make sure you used the same email address or organization identity that received the Atloria invitation. If you have multiple work accounts, sign out of the identity provider, then repeat the sign-in process with the correct account.
You are returned to the sign-in screen repeatedly
Enable cookies in your browser and allow any required pop-up or redirect window. Then restart the sign-in process. If your organization manages browser security settings, ask your IT administrator whether those settings are blocking the Atloria authentication flow.
