Find Project Documentation

This page explains how to locate a project, open its dashboard, and find documentation and recent activity. Use these steps when you need to review a project’s documents or understand what has changed recently.

Overview

Atloria provides a Projects workspace where you can browse the projects you can access. From this workspace, you can search for a specific project or use Search across all projects... when you need to look more broadly.

After you open a project, its dashboard gives you a focused view of that project. You can use the project navigation to find Documents, review User Guides, and check Activity for recent project events.

Use the workspace-level project list when you are not sure which project contains the documentation you need. Use the project dashboard when you already know the project and want to review its documentation, changes, versions, analytics, or recent activity.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

Access to the Atloria workspace.
Permission to view the project you want to open.
The project name, or enough information to identify it in search.
Access to the relevant documentation area, such as Documents or User Guides, if your organization restricts documentation access.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Select Workspace to return to your main workspace navigation.
Select Projects to open the list of projects available to you.
Click the Search projects... field to search within the project list.
Enter the project name or a distinguishing keyword in Search projects....
Select the project you want to review from the filtered results.
Select Open Project Dashboard to open the focused dashboard for that project.
Select Documents to view documentation associated with the selected project.
Select User Guides when you need end-user guidance rather than technical project material.
Select Activity to review recent project dashboard activity.
Select View Your Documentation → when it is available to open the documentation view presented for the current project or workspace.

Search across projects

Use a broader search when the correct project is unknown or when you need to locate information across multiple projects.

Return to the Projects workspace.
Click Search across all projects....
Enter a project name, document-related term, or other identifying keyword.
Select the relevant project from the search results.
Select Open Project Dashboard to continue reviewing that project’s documentation and activity.

Return to the project list

Select ← Back to Projects from a project page.
Use Search projects... to locate another project.

Tips and Best Practices

Start with Search projects... when you know the project name. This keeps your search focused on the projects shown in the current workspace.
Use Search across all projects... when you are unsure where a document belongs or when you work across several projects.
Open the project dashboard before looking for project-specific materials. The dashboard is the central place to move between documentation and project information.
Check Activity when documentation appears to be missing, outdated, or recently changed. Activity can help you identify recent work in the project.
Choose User Guides for instructions intended for people using the product or workspace. Use Documents when you need the project’s broader documentation collection.
If you are reviewing a project over time, also look for project areas related to changes, versions, analytics, and technical documentation from the project dashboard navigation.

Troubleshooting

You cannot find a project in the project list

Use Search projects... and enter a shorter or more distinctive part of the project name. If the project still does not appear, confirm that you have been granted access to that project.

You found the project, but cannot see its documentation

Open the project with Open Project Dashboard, then look for Documents or User Guides. If these options are unavailable or do not show the expected material, your access may be limited for that project.

You are not sure whether you are viewing the correct project

Select Activity and review recent project activity for context. If the activity does not match the work or documentation you expect, select ← Back to Projects and search for a different project.
