Overview
Atloria provides a Privacy page within its user documentation and security information. You can use this page to review the privacy information that applies to your use of Atloria, including use of your account and participation in a workspace.
Privacy information is especially important when you are deciding whether to join a workspace, share information with collaborators, or use Atloria for work that may involve organizational data. Review the information before you begin working so you understand the terms that apply to your use of the service.
The privacy information is separate from the product’s security guidance. The Security area helps you locate information about how Atloria approaches protection of its environment and application, while Privacy is the appropriate place to review privacy-related terms and practices.

Prerequisites
Before you start, make sure that you have:
- Access to Atloria’s public documentation or user manual area.

Look for User Docs or 📋 User Manuals. These options take you to Atloria’s user-facing documentation, where you can review guidance organized by topic.

Open the security documentation category.
Select Security. This category groups information related to security and privacy so that you can distinguish privacy information from other operational guidance.

Select Privacy.
In the Security area, click Privacy to open Atloria’s privacy information. Read the page in full before you create an account, accept an invitation, or begin using a workspace for sensitive work.

Review the information in the context of your intended use.
As you read, consider the type of work you plan to perform in Atloria. For example, determine whether you will use a personal account, participate in an organization’s workspace, or share information with other workspace members. This helps you identify the parts of the privacy information that are most relevant to you.

Return to Security if you also need to understand Atloria’s security posture. You may see options such as 🔐 Infrastructure Security and 🛡️ Application Security. These topics provide security context, but they do not replace reviewing the Privacy information.

If you are joining through an authorization or invitation flow, complete the privacy review before selecting an action such as Authorize Atloria. If you have questions or your organization requires approval, pause the onboarding process and contact the appropriate administrator or reviewer.

Tips and Best Practices

Review privacy information before sharing workspace content. If you expect to add organizational, customer, or internal project information to a workspace, read the Privacy page before you upload, enter, or share that information.

Treat workspace use as collaborative use. Information you work with in a workspace may be relevant to other authorized workspace members. Consider your organization’s own data-handling rules in addition to Atloria’s privacy information.

Use the correct documentation topic. Select Privacy for privacy terms and practices. Use 🔐 Infrastructure Security or 🛡️ Application Security when your question is about security controls or the security architecture rather than privacy.

Review information again when your use changes. Revisit the Privacy page if you move from evaluating Atloria to active use, join a new workspace, begin collaborating with a new group, or plan to use Atloria for a different type of information.

Troubleshooting
I cannot find the Privacy page
Start from User Docs or 📋 User Manuals, then select Security and Privacy. If your current screen does not show documentation navigation, return to the main documentation area before looking for the Security category.
I need security details, not privacy information
Open Security and choose the topic that matches your question. Select 🔐 Infrastructure Security for infrastructure-focused information or 🛡️ Application Security for application-focused information. Keep the Privacy page open if you need to compare privacy and security considerations.
My organization requires approval before I use Atloria
Do not proceed with workspace access or select Authorize Atloria until your required internal reviewer has completed their review. Provide them with the Privacy page and, if requested, the related security and Terms of Service pages.
