What Conduit is
Conduit is a social blogging site for publishing articles, discussing them with comments, maintaining profiles, marking articles as favorites, and following other people.
The Home page is the starting point for browsing articles. From there, you can use the global article list, your personal feed, or a tag-based list, then open an article or a profile.

Before you start
The Home page lets you begin exploring without entering or saving information. It has no form fields and no save, submit, or confirmation control.
You need to know whether you want to browse all articles or follow the articles associated with your account. The available feed tabs depend on whether you are signed in.
Result: You can begin at Home without preparing data for a form.
Reach the Home page
From Home, choose an article list when you want to start browsing.

- You know whether you want the complete article list or the articles associated with your account.
Steps

Select Home in the navigation.

Select the destination that matches what you want to do.
If you want to… Select Browse all available articles Global Feed Browse the articles associated with your account Your Feed when you are signed in Create an article New Post when you are signed in Change your settings Settings when you are signed in Open your profile your username when you are signed in Sign in Sign in when you are signed out Create an account Sign up when you are signed out
Result: The Home page is open with the article list you selected. When you are signed in, Your Feed, New Post, Settings, and your username are available. When you are signed out, Sign in and Sign up are available.
Recognize the Home page
On Home, use the article list, tag area, and links to article and profile content. Article and tag values depend on the available content.

Result: You can identify the introductory text, tag area, article links, favorite control, and pagination on Home, and you can interpret the page's loading and empty-list messages.
