Sales Jobs provides a consolidated workspace for reviewing sales-related records across inquiry, offer, and order stages. Sales representatives, account managers, and project managers use this screen to locate sales jobs, review their current stage, and maintain the screen layout used for daily follow-up. Use it when you need to review active sales activity, focus on offers or orders, or retrieve archived jobs.
Settings
Before using Sales Jobs regularly, set up a layout that supports the information you need to review.
Navigate to Sales > Sales jobs.
Sales jobs — Sales › Sales jobs
To create a layout, select Add Layout. Enter a descriptive value in Layout name, then select Save.
To modify the layout currently in use, make the required changes and select Update Current.
To return to the available standard layout option, select Standard Layout. If you do not want to keep a layout action, select Cancel.
To remove a layout, use Delete Current or Delete, as appropriate.
Note: Use clear layout names, such as “Sales Follow-up” or “Account Review,” so that users can identify the intended purpose of each saved layout.
Workflow
Use Sales Jobs to review records according to their current stage and to work from the most relevant list.
Open Sales > Sales jobs and begin with the All tab when you need a complete view of available sales jobs. Review the displayed inquiry information, including inquiry date, inquiry type, and inquiry stage.
Sales jobs — Sales › Sales jobs
To find a particular sales job, enter a relevant term in Search. Use the results to identify the record by its inquiry date, inquiry type, or inquiry stage.
Decide which stage requires attention:
Select Archived to review archived sales jobs.
Select Offers to focus on sales jobs in the offers view.
Select Orders to focus on sales jobs in the orders view.
When you need a different screen arrangement for the review, select icn icn-layoout and choose the appropriate layout action. Use Add Layout for a new named layout, Update Current to save changes to the current layout, or Standard Layout to use the standard layout option.

Use Quick Overniew when this action is available for the record or view you are reviewing. Use icn-update to refresh or update the current display where required.
Tip: Start in All when you are unsure of a job’s current stage, then narrow your review by using the stage tabs and Search.
All
The All tab provides the broadest Sales Jobs view. It contains sales-job records that can be reviewed using the available inquiry information, including inquiry date, inquiry type, and inquiry stage. Use this tab for general follow-up, for locating a record before narrowing the review, and for checking records across the available sales-job views.
No control is provided on this screen to describe how a record moves into or out of the All view.
Archived
Sales jobs — Sales › Sales jobs
The Archived tab contains archived sales-job records. Use it when you need to review jobs that are no longer being handled in the active views, while still using the available search and inquiry information to locate the required record.
No control is provided on this screen to describe how a record is archived or restored from the Archived view.
Offers
The Offers tab contains sales jobs in the offers view. Use this tab to concentrate on sales activity associated with offers and to review the available inquiry date, inquiry type, and inquiry stage information for the records shown.
No control is provided on this screen to describe how a record moves into or out of the Offers view.
Orders
The Orders tab contains sales jobs in the orders view. Use it when your review concerns order-related sales jobs and when you need to locate a record using the visible inquiry information.
No control is provided on this screen to describe how a record moves into or out of the Orders view.
Examples
A sales representative needs to review an opportunity that was sent to a principal during August.
Open Sales > Sales jobs and select All.
Enter the relevant month, opportunity description, or other known identifying text in Search.
Review the matching records using the inquiry date, inquiry type, and inquiry stage. Confirm that the required record is an opportunity and that its displayed stage matches the expected follow-up position.
Select Offers if the opportunity is being reviewed as part of the offers workload. If the record is not found there, return to All and refine Search.
If the representative needs a dedicated follow-up view, select Add Layout, enter
Opportunity Follow-up
in Layout name, and select Save. After adjusting the view for later use, select Update Current.
Tips
Warning: Use Delete Current and Delete carefully. These actions remove a layout, so confirm that the selected layout is no longer required before proceeding.
Use Search before reviewing multiple tabs manually when you know any part of the job’s identifying information.
Use Archived for historical review rather than assuming that all sales jobs remain in the active views.
Keep the current layout focused on the fields required for your role, such as inquiry date, inquiry type, and inquiry stage.
