The Orders list in Projects Management provides an operational view of project-related orders. Sales representatives, account managers, project managers, purchasing officers, warehouse managers, and finance users can use the list to review order records by details such as job number, client, job title, order price, forecast delivery date, and total budget.
Use layouts to present the columns that are most relevant to your role. For example, a project manager may focus on job and delivery information, while a finance user may need order price and total budget.

Workflow
Decide whether to use an existing layout or create a new one
Open the Orders list in Projects Management. Review the displayed order records using the available columns, including Job No., Client, Job title, Order price, Forecast delivery date, and Total bu.
orders
If the current presentation already supports your review, retain it and continue working with the displayed list. If you require a role-specific presentation, select Add Layout to begin a new layout.
Enter a descriptive value in Layout name. Select Columns Chooser, then choose the columns required for the review. For example, select Job No., Client, Job title, Order price, Forecast delivery date, and Total bu when monitoring project order value and planned delivery.
Decide whether the layout is new or existing:
For a new layout, select Save to retain it.
For an existing layout that you have changed, select Update Current to save the revised column selection.
If you do not want to retain the changes, select Cancel.
Decide whether to retain or remove the current layout
When a layout is no longer required, select Delete Current. Confirm the removal by selecting Delete.
If you decide to keep the layout after starting the removal process, select Cancel instead of confirming deletion.
Warning: Deleting the current layout removes that layout. Review the selected layout before using Delete.
Decide whether to share the displayed order list
When the displayed columns and layout are suitable for reporting or follow-up, use Export to export the displayed Orders list.
Use icn-filter when you need to work with the list filtering control, and use icn-update when you need the available update action for the list. Use icn icn-settings or icn icn-layoout only when you need the corresponding available list settings or layout controls.
PM
The PM tab contains project-management order records. Use this view to identify project order work through list information such as Job No., Client, Job title, Order price, Forecast delivery date, and Total bu. Review the records in the layout that best supports your responsibilities, such as delivery monitoring, customer follow-up, or job financial review.
The available controls do not identify a specific action that moves an order into or out of the PM tab. Use the tab as the operational list view for the records displayed there.
Examples
A project manager needs a concise list for reviewing project orders approaching their forecast delivery dates.
Open the Orders list and select Add Layout.
In Layout name, enter
PM Delivery Review
.
Select Columns Chooser and include Job No., Client, Job title, Order price, Forecast delivery date, and Total bu.
Select Save to retain the new layout.
Open the PM tab and review the displayed project order records using the new layout. Use the job number and client to identify the order, the job title to understand the work, and the forecast delivery date to prioritize follow-up.
If the project manager later requires a different set of columns, revise the layout through Columns Chooser and select Update Current.
When the review is complete and the list must be shared outside the screen, select Export.
Tips
Tip: Create separate layouts for different operational purposes instead of repeatedly changing one shared presentation. For example, use one layout for delivery review and another for order-value review.
Tip: Include Job No., Client, and Job title together when the list is used for day-to-day project identification. Add Order price and Total bu when financial context is also required.
