Pams V2 supports connected business operations across sales, procurement, warehouse stock, project delivery, payments, and financial control. It enables teams to manage the lifecycle from an Offer or RFQ through Order processing, delivery, approval, payment, and Job Profitability.

## Sales Representative

Sales representatives manage customer-facing sales activities, including preparing Offers, recording Orders, and following delivery progress. They primarily work in **Sales, Contacts, Contracts Data, Activity**, and **My Desk**.

## Sales Manager

Sales managers oversee sales performance, commercial activity, and the progression of Offers and Orders. They use **Sales, Dashboard, Activity, Contacts**, and **Job Profitability** to monitor work and support the sales team.

## Purchasing Officer

Purchasing officers manage supplier sourcing and purchasing activities, including RFQs, Buyouts, and items that are Ordered. Their main working areas are **Procurement, Purchasing, Market, Contacts**, and **Contracts Data**.

## Warehouse Manager

Warehouse managers control Stock and support the movement of goods required to fulfil Orders. They work primarily in **Warehouse, Inventory, Stock**, and **Data**.

## Project Manager

Project managers coordinate project delivery, planned work, and project costs. They use **Projects Management, Projects, Task, Job Cost**, and **Job Profitability** to follow project progress and financial performance.

## Finance Officer

Finance officers manage financial activity, including items that are Due, Paid, or Awaiting Approval. They primarily work in **Financial, Dashboard, Activity**, and **Notification**.

## Accountant

Accountants maintain financial records and review the financial status of operational activity. They use **Financial, Data, Dashboard**, and **Job Profitability** to support financial control and reporting.

## Account Manager
