## Overview

The Warehouse area supports the management of warehouse records and incoming inspection activity. It is intended primarily for Warehouse managers, with related information available to Purchasing officers and other operational users involved in stock receipt and control.

Warehouse records provide a central place to review and maintain warehouse information. The area also includes incoming inspection notes, helping users record and manage inspection-related work for received goods.

Use the available search, filtering, selection, and page-navigation controls to locate the required records efficiently.

## What you can do here

- Use **Select** to choose a warehouse record or other listed item.
- Use **Search box** to find records in the current list.
- Use **Filter by user** and **Filter by field** to narrow the displayed records.
- Use **Previous Page, Page 1**, and **Next Page** to navigate through list pages.
- Open **Incoming Inspection Note** to work with incoming inspection information.
- Use **Save, Save and Close**, or **Don't Save** when maintaining a record.
- Open **Tickets** to access related tickets.
