# Goods Return Note

## Overview

Use the Goods Return Note list to review warehouse return-note records. Warehouse personnel can use the list when they need to identify a return-note sheet and review its warehouse, product, quantity, unit, responsible person, issuer, and issue information.

## Before you start

Ensure that you have access to the **Warehouse** area.

## Steps

1. Select **Warehouse** from the application navigation.

2. Open the Goods Return Note list and review the available return-note records.

3. Use the list columns to identify the required record:
   - **Sheet no.** identifies the return-note sheet.
   - **Warehouse** shows the warehouse associated with the record.
   - **Product** shows the product on the return note.
   - **Qty** shows the quantity.
   - **Unit** shows the unit.
   - **P.M** shows the P.M value.
   - **Responsible** shows the responsible person.
   - **Issued by** shows who issued the return note.
   - **Issued** shows the issued information.

4. To locate a specific return note, enter relevant identifying text in the **Search box**.

## Tips & cautions

> **Tip:** Use the **Sheet no.** column together with the **Warehouse** and **Product** columns to distinguish return-note records with similar product details.

> **Note:** Review the **Qty** and **Unit** columns together so that the recorded quantity is interpreted in the correct unit.

## Result

You have reviewed the Goods Return Note list and used the available columns and search function to locate return-note records.
