## Overview

Use the Goods Issue Note form to record the issue of goods from a warehouse. Warehouse personnel use this form when goods are supplied or otherwise issued as part of warehouse operations. Save the form after entering the required information.

## Before you start

Access to the **Warehouse** area and the **Goods Issue Note** form is required.

## Steps

1. On the application navigation bar, select **Warehouse**.

2. Select **Goods Issue Note** to open the Goods Issue Note form.

3. Enter the required information in the form. The form requires warehouse, quantity, and unit information before it can be saved.

4. Select **Save** to validate and save the Goods Issue Note.

> **Warning:** The form cannot be saved while required information is missing.

> **Note:** If you leave the form with unsaved changes, the application displays a warning before you exit.

## Troubleshooting

| Symptom | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| The Goods Issue Note does not save. | One or more required fields are missing. | Enter the required warehouse, quantity, and unit information, then select **Save**. |
| A warning appears when leaving the form. | The form contains unsaved changes. | Save the Goods Issue Note, or respond to the warning before leaving the form. |

## Result

The Goods Issue Note is validated and saved when all required information has been entered.
