## Overview

Use the Delivery Note form to create and save a Delivery Note record for warehouse delivery activity. Warehouse personnel use this form when recording the information required for a goods issue and delivery. The form validates required information before the record can be saved.

## Before you start

You must have access to the **Warehouse** area and the **Delivery Note** form.

## Steps

1. In the application navigation, select **Warehouse**.

2. Select **Delivery Note** to open the Delivery Note form.

3. Enter the required delivery information on the form.

4. Select **Save** to validate and save the Delivery Note.

## Tips & cautions

> **Note:** The Delivery Note cannot be saved if required information is missing.

> **Warning:** If you leave the form with unsaved changes, the application displays a warning before you exit.

## Troubleshooting

- The Delivery Note does not save → Required information is missing → Complete the required information and select **Save** again.
- A warning appears when leaving the form → The form contains unsaved changes → Save the Delivery Note, or respond to the warning before leaving the page.

## Result

The Delivery Note is validated and saved.
