## Overview

Use the **Templates** page to review available business templates and access the e-mail template controls for Offers, Orders, and purchase orders. Use this page when you need to identify a template by its name, uploaded file name, or upload date, or when you need to work with an Offer, Order, or PO e-mail template.

## Before you start

You must be signed in to access the **Templates** page.

## Steps

1. In the navigation pane, select **Configurations > Templates**.

2. Review the template list. Use the **Template, Uploaded file name**, and **Uploaded on** columns to identify the required template.

3. Select the applicable e-mail template control:
   - Select **Offer E-mail Template** for an Offer e-mail template.
   - Select **Order E-mail Template** for an Order e-mail template.
   - Select **PO E-mail Template** for a purchase order e-mail template.

## Tips & cautions

> **Tip:** Use **Uploaded file name** together with **Uploaded on** to distinguish between template uploads with similar template names.

> **Note:** The available e-mail template controls are **Offer E-mail Template, Order E-mail Template**, and **PO E-mail Template**.

## Troubleshooting

- The **Templates** page is unavailable → You are not signed in → Sign in, then navigate to **Configurations > Templates**.
- You cannot identify the required template → Similar template names or uploads are listed → Compare the **Uploaded file name** and **Uploaded on** values.

## Result

You have located the required template and selected the relevant e-mail template control.
