Use Security to locate a team, update its contact details, and activate the team for use.

## What You Can Do

- Use **All Teams** to view the available teams.
- Use the **Search box** to find a team more quickly.
- Use **Select** to open the required team record.
- Enter contact details using **Enter Email** and **Enter Mobile**.
- Use **Activate team** to activate the selected team.
- Use **Save** or **Save and Close** to retain your changes.
- Open **Users, Roles**, or **Tickets** to continue managing security-related records.

## First Session: Update and Activate a Team

1. Open **All Teams**.
2. If required, use the **Search box** to locate the team you need.
3. Select the team and choose **Select** to open its Security record.
4. Enter or update the contact details in **Enter Email** and **Enter Mobile**.
5. Choose **Activate team**.
6. Choose **Save** to remain on the record, or choose **Save and Close** to save the changes and return to the previous screen.

## What to Expect

The team record is saved with the entered email and mobile details. After you use **Activate team**, the team is active.

## Next Steps

- Open **Users** to work with user records.
- Open **Roles** to review roles.
- Open **Tickets** to access tickets related to Security.
