# Purchase — Overview

Purchase supports procurement activities for project-based work. In this area, purchasing officers and project managers can access Buyout activity to source and purchase goods or services for a job or project.

The area is available through the application sign-in process. Users provide their account credentials before accessing Purchase functions and related commercial information.

## What you can do here

- Use **Login** to sign in to the application.
- Use **Enter User Name** to provide your user name.
- Use **Enter Password** to provide your password.
- Use **Reset Password** to begin the password reset process.
- Use **Terms of Use** to view the application terms of use.
- Use **Buyout** to access Buyout procurement activity.
- Use **Select...** to choose an available option.
