## Overview

The Products area provides access to product records used across business-to-business sales, procurement, and warehouse operations. Product records support the consistent identification of goods and services when they are included in Offers, Orders, RFQs, and stock-related activities.

Sales representatives, purchasing officers, warehouse managers, and project managers use this area to work with the products relevant to their responsibilities. The Products record is the central record for reviewing an individual product.

## What you can do here

- Open **Products List** to view the available product records.
- Access **Tickets** from the Products area.
